  • $175.00 full package tour for homes between $180,000 and $464,999
  • $250.00 full package tour for homes between $465,000 and $779,999
  • $325.00 full package tour for homes between $780,000 and $1,399,999
  • $400.00 full package tour for homes between $1,400,000 and $2,999,999
  • $500.00 full package tour for homes between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000
  • Call for quote for homes over $5,000,000

Additions:

  • $30 - Tour link added to Realtor.com (agents only)
  • $40 - re-program charge for new mls number (agents only)
  • $40 - Yard sign kit, 1 yard sign and 2 directional signs with stakes for by owner listings
